32nd Annual North Country Festival of Trees Returns!

The 32nd Annual North Country Festival of Trees presented by Berkshire Bank to benefit Prospect Center, an affiliate of the Center for Disability Services will take place on Friday, November 24, Saturday, November 25 and Sunday, November 26th at  The Queensbury Hotel, 88 Ridge Street, Glens Falls, New York.

GENERAL FESTIVAL TIMES: Friday, November 24th 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, November 25th 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, November 26th 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. There is no fee for the general festival.

ARTISANS AND DECORATORS STILL NEEDED!

New vendors who are interested in participating and selling handcrafted items during the festival please contact Donella Fisher at (518) 791-0067. If you are interested in decorating an item (i.e. various size trees, wreaths, kissing balls), you can pick up your item at Prospect Center 133 Aviation Road in Queensbury by contacting Kim Heunemann at (518) 742-0102 or emailing her at heunemann@cfdsny.org.

The downtown Glens Falls landmark Queensbury Hotel will be transformed into a holiday wonderland, with beautifully decorated trees, wreaths, kissing balls, centerpieces, gingerbread houses, hats, etc. available for purchase. Shoppers will find a variety of unique, handmade items in the boutique created by local artisans for gift giving or to display at home. The family friendly weekend includes holiday shopping, breakfast with Santa, children’s activities and line dancing. Local performers will be on hand to entertain attendees on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

BREAKFAST WITH SANTA 

Details: Saturday, November 25th 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and Sunday, November 26th 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 A.m. There is a fee to attend breakfast with Santa for children over the age of 2 and adults. Pre-registration for Breakfast with Santa is required, please go to www.cfdsny.org to register or contact Kim Heunemann at (518) 742-0102.

KICKIN’ COUNTRY DANCE PARTY WITH KEVIN RICHARDS CMA WINNER FROM 100.9/107.1 THE CAT AND BIG COUNTTRY 97.9/104.9

Details: Saturday, November 25th 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The fee to attend is $10.00 to be paid at the door.
