Sleighing it! Christkindlmarkt Grows in Second Year

Lake George’s newest holiday tradition is back again this year with more vendors, activities and entertainment!

The 2019 Adirondack Christkindlmarkt will take place December 6-8 at Festival Commons in Charles R. Wood Park, located at 17 West Brook Road in Lake George.

Admission is FREE to this event! The fun goes on rain or shine within the decorated heated tents.

Festival Hours

  • Saturday, December 7, 2019 — 11am-8pm

Last year, the inaugural event welcomed more than 5,000 people from as far away as New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Montreal, included 30 artisans and vendors and horse-drawn carriage rides.

The Adirondack Christkindlmarkt will feature more than 40 vendors, including food vendors and local artisans, horse-drawn carriage rides, live entertainment and children’s activities such as card making with the World Children’s Museum, ornament-making with the Grassland Bird Trust, face painting and special appearances by Snoopy, Charlie Brown and Spruce the Moose, from the Six Flags Great Escape Lodge.
