Southern Adirondack Independent Living Center (SAIL) appoints Cam Cardinale as Director of Community Relations

Queensbury, New York –Southern Adirondack Independent Living Center (SAIL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Cam Cardinale as Director of Community Relations.

With years of experience in marketing, public affairs, and communications, Mr. Cardinale joins the mission-driven nonprofit organization. SAIL is dedicated to empowering individuals to lead more independent lives through a range of services, including health insurance support, the TRAID equipment program, advocacy initiatives, and more.

Mr. Cardinale's extensive background features a prominent role as Director of Strategy and Operations at Advokate, LLC. There, he adeptly managed various facets of the business, including account oversight, strategic marketing, and more. His professional journey also encompasses positions at respected entities like Mannix Marketing, the Charles R. Wood Theater, and Cardinale’s Car Care.

“SAIL is thrilled to welcome Cam to a dedicated team of individuals, striving to help people live more independently. Cam brings a wealth of knowledge in brand recognition and outreach development and strategy.” says Tyler Whitney, Executive Director of Southern Adirondack Independent Living Center, “Cam's addition to the team is a forward step for SAIL in educating and activating internal and external stakeholders to work toward shaping positive outcomes for the independent Living network and SAIL as well as bringing attention to the many services that SAIL offers throughout New York State.”

In his capacity as Director of Community Relations, Mr. Cardinale will spearhead initiatives to enhance our organization's brand recognition, marketing strategies, outreach efforts, communications, and collaborative partnerships with other organizations, elected representatives, businesses, and beyond.

"I am genuinely excited to embark on this new chapter," Mr. Cardinale expresses, "and look forward to contributing to SAIL's continued success in fostering independence and connections within our community."
