The skilled chef from The Sushi Class will be your guide as you embark on the journey of crafting your very own sushi roll in our Queensbury Event Space. Just bring yourself and a sushi-loving friend, and get ready to roll! An experienced Wine Concierge will guide you through finding the right wines for your palate, as you get to enjoy 7 small samples of Adirondack Winery wines of your choice (both sweet and dry wine options are provided for each tasting selection) while you make your own sushi. Tickets are just $45 and include all materials and ingredients, personal time with the chef, unlimited roll choices, the wine-tasting session, and a souvenir Adirondack Winery wine glass to take home!
