Our Theme this year is Down to Earth Fun!

The 9th Annual Appreciation Celebration Yoga Retreat! This is your invitation to slow down, consciously breathe, come out of your head and take that 17-inch journey from your head to your heart. This creates a gateway for your Wise One Within (WOW!) to rise and be heard. As you practice connecting with this heart space of love and appreciation for yourself on this deep level, you begin to experience trust in yourself. You will guide and create your story from the inside out, expanding and influencing your experience for you, from you.

Kathleen Fisk and Tina Briscoe are both Kripalu, Energy Medicine Yoga Instructors, and your guides for this Yoga Retreat.

We are honored to play and assist you through the offering of Soul care rituals of Energy Medicine Yoga, Universal Sound Meditation, Drumming, Fire Ritual, Yoga Nidra, energy alchemy, hiking, swimming, napping, great food, and cozy lodging at Wiawaka Center for Woman on Lake George, NY. Registration is $475. Includes lodging, meals, and all offerings. No refunds. Extra charge for Energy Work.
