Doors: 7:30pm | Showtime: 8:00pm - On the Final Friday of each month, The Park Presents: Comedy After Dark - showcasing a Headliner along with a feature act, a host, and a guest comedian to make up nearly 2 hours of entertainment.

Matt Vita (CBS, TimeOut NY, The Vermont Comedy Festival, New York Comedy Club), aka The Gnar Father delivers the most explosive, gnarly, stand up comedy in the biz today making people laugh about everything from Aggressive Rollerblading to Warren Buffett and shredding everything in between! Vita keeps audiences on their feet by interweaving improvised songs, freestyle raps, and off kilter impersonations in this hilarious, high energy performance. In 2023 Matt headlined clubs from Canada down to Florida, touring in a RAV4 with a broken radio which gave him a lot of time to ponder the absurdities of life and all the fun things he did that year- like open for Joe List and Colin Quinn and surf really big hurricane waves in New York!

Matt has appeared in CBS’s The Equalizer opposite Queen Latifa and currently has his first feature film doing a successful festival run which he stars in opposite America’s Next Top Model Winner Sophie Sumner.

Matt is also the co-founder of both the Vermont Comedy Festival and the Vermont Film Festival which provide opportunities for filmmakers and comedians from around the world to further their career and enjoy all the beauty which is Vermont!

Joe Pontillo has appeared on AXS TV’s “Gotham Comedy Live”, MTV, Sirius XM, and NY1 but he’s probably best known for his comedy special, “Delete Your Account” on Amazon. He has comedy clips on Spotify and iTunes.

In 2020 Pontillo released a his award nominated short film “Social Media Killed The Super Villain” which has been exhibited in several festivals. His web shows “Comedians In Cars With No Particular Purpose” and “Pontillo & Associates” have garnered a cult following on YouTube. His jokes have been published in the Washington Post, TimeOut NY, and Newsday.
