In this workshop Sherri will help participants to understand the Physiological Effects of Stress, identifying Your Stressors and Stress Relievers – Raising Self-Awareness, build a stress management toolkit, and more. Participants will takeaway, increased understanding of the physiological effects of chronic stress, finding balance through increased awareness of current stressors and stress relievers (what do I need more and less of),and tips and strategies that bring the body into a more relaxed state.

Sherri has worked with women of all ages and backgrounds in a variety of settings. Sherri is a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and is excited to share her talents at Wiawaka.
