Perhaps the most valued relationship for women is that of a good friend, the “sister” we get to choose.
In this workshop we’ll explore different aspects of friendship, including what it takes to nurture existing friendships; the pain when a friendship is lost or broken; and how to move on when it’s just not working anymore. Additionally, the importance of trust and how to let go with love.
