NYS Boater Safety Course at Lake George Park Commission

9:00 am - 5:00 pm

This New York State Safe Boating course if for adults and children over the age of 10. There is no cost for this course. Those over the age of 18 will have to send $10 to NYS Parks for you boater's safety card. There will be a lunch break so bring a lunch. Also please bring a pen.

To help ensure New York’s waterways remain safe and enjoyable, this course teaches basic boating skills and encourages common sense and courtesy to all who share the water. Topics covered include rules of the nautical road, required safety equipment, special boating related activities and many more.
