Join us on Saturday, December 21st from 6-8pm to create your own Holiday Charcuterie Board with Adirondack Winery’s Pairing Expert, Shelby Hier and Co-Owner, Sasha Pardy. They’ll guide you step by step as you build a festive Tree or Wreath-shaped design. Adirondack Winery co-owner, Sasha Pardy, will conduct a wine tasting session of 7 wines for you to enjoy while you pick your charcuterie foods out (note these are small samples, ends up being about 1 glass of wine) Learn how to pair meats & cheeses, create the perfect salami flower and make your board the star of your holiday festivities! Our winter cocktail flight and wine by the glass are available at an additional cost.  Then, enjoy the fruits of your labor! You'll leave with a stunning slate board and the skills to wow your guests at your next gathering! This event is ideal for groups to come together and share a festive, delicious board!
