**Job Type:** Part-Time
**Compensation:** $15/hr + high-earning tip potential
**About the Role**
We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and precision-driven Bartender to join our team. Our establishment is dedicated to high-end hospitality and premium craft cocktails. **Key Responsibilities**
* **Execute Precision Mixology:** Prepare premium cocktails with strict adherence to recipe specifications, measuring precisely with jiggers to ensure consistency and quality.
* **Curate Custom Experiences:** Confidently craft bespoke, off-menu cocktails based on individual guest preferences and flavor cravings.
* **Prep and Program Maintenance:** Assist with daily prep work, creating house syrups and processing garnishes.
* **Maintain Bar Aesthetics:** Keep the bar top, back bar, and work stations impeccably clean, organized, and styled to maintain our high visual and sanitary standards.
* **Operate POS Systems:** Manage guest checks, close out tabs accurately, and process transactions using our point-of-sale system.
* **Practice Responsible Service:** Diligently verify guest identification and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure a safe, sophisticated lounge environment.
**Qualifications & Skills**
* Ideally a minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a craft cocktail, upscale lounge, or fine dining environment.
* Knowledge of classic cocktail structures, modern mixology trends, and global spirit classifications.
* Exceptional hospitality skills with an intuitive ability to read a room and anticipate guest needs.
* Impeccable attention to detail, presentation, and speed behind the bar.
* Strong team player who communicates clearly and works efficiently under pressure.
* Must meet the minimum legal age requirement to serve alcohol in this state.
* Availability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
