UPDATED - NO Discounted Six Flags Great Escape Tickets Available at Chamber

UPDATE 2022: We no longer offer discounted tickets. For the best deals for tickets to Six Flags Great Escape, purchase tickets online.

You could describe the year 2020 as a roller coaster, even though there weren't any open in the Lake George region.

In 2021, we're thrilled to have the local Six Flags amusement park,  The Great Escape & Hurricane Harbor, back open with its 100 exciting rides, shows, & attractions, including the new Adirondack Outlaw!

Discounted Tickets

WIth The Great Escape open again, we're back to selling discounted day-pass tickets again this year at our office at 2176 Route 9 in Lake George.

These tickets cost only $25 each total— no additional tax or processing fees like you'll find when you purchase the tickets online! We can only accept cash at this time, and these are non-refundable. That flat rate of $25 is applicable to all ages and no other discounts apply.

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Call (518) 668-5755 for more information.

You can view The Great Escape & Hurricane Harbor Park Hours and Schedule by clicking here to plan your trip.

Click here to read about their grand opening and safety precautions related to COVID-19. You no longer need an advance reservation to enter Great Escape. These day passes can be used any day the theme park is open.

New Hours & Ride

Around the country businesses are feeling the effects of a staffing shortage this summer.  At The Great Escape & Hurricane Harbor, they've decided to close on Tuesdays and Wednesdays this year so that they can offer a more enjoyable experience for guests on the days they are open.

They also have a thrill new ride — The Adirondack Outlaw!

The Adirondack Outlaw ride swings 16 stories high over the theme park, with riders catching maximum airtime and experiencing 360-degree rotations of heart-pounding excitement while whipping through the air at 50 miles per hour.

Check back soon for a blog post about the new Adirondack Outlaw from our fearless intern from SUNY Adirondack, Kayla Tremaine, who plans to ride it.
