Holiday Inn Resort Showcases Renovations at March Mixer

Thank you to the Holiday Inn Resort in Lake George for hosting our monthly mixer on Wednesday, March 9, 2022!

It was wonderful to see so many of our members in person again as the COVID-19 cases continue to dwindle.

We met in their beautiful meeting space and saw their renovations at TR’S Restaurant and Lounge, which is located within the hotel. TR’s is a perfect location for lake views as the resort is located up on a hill. (Pro tip: Great spot to watch the Thursday night summer fireworks!)

Our hosts provided a beautiful spread of refreshments, as passed hors d’oeuvres that included mini beef wellingtons, asparagus in a puff pastry and bacon-wrapped scallops.

The staff there is accommodating and so easy to work with for events!

Some of the highlights of the renovations at TRs:

A 48’ duel-sided fireplace surrounded by American Granit, providing the perfect ambiance to relax after an adventure-filled day in the Adirondacks. What makes this fireplace even more special? The mantle is a reclaimed beam from an 1860s-era home built in Lake George!
Several flat-screen TVs mounted in the lounge make sure you get a great seat no matter where you are so you can enjoy your food and drink and the game! Every Sunday in the fall TRs has Sunday NFL Ticket through DirecTV, so you’ll never miss a game!
