Maple is on the menu this March!

Did you know It’s Maple Month in New York State? Chefs throughout the region have found creative ways to include real New York maple syrup on their menus this March! Here are a few...


The Log Jam Restaurant

Battle Hill Brewing Company

Caffe Vero

Try their pancakes and French toast served with real maple syrup or if you’re on the run, pick up a delicious maple walnut muffin.

Cooper's Cave Ale Company

The pub is currently closed, but you can find local maple syrup in their retail shop!

Doc’s Restaurant

Doc’s new menu was released this week. Try the Pancetta Wrapped Pork Tenderloin with Skillet Braised Caraway Potatoes, Curly Cabbage, and Rhubarb Jam. A touch of sweetness was added to the dish using real maple syrup!

Duffy's Tavern

Here’s something new in Lake George...Duffy’s is now serving breakfast every Saturday and Sunday! Try the pancakes with real maple syrup.

Garnet Hill Lodge

Rathbun's Maple Sugar House

Rathbun’s maple syrup is made on‑site and can be found in abundance on the breakfast menu as well as in the gift shop...look for maple syrup, maple cream, maple sugar, and pure maple candy!

The Inn at Erlowest

Chef Dewar features several dishes using Toad Hill Maple including flapjacks, housemade cinnamon brioche french toast, and maple almond granola at breakfast. You’ll also find their maple candied walnuts on salads and the scallop crepes. Try the Harvest Bisque - a butternut squash soup topped with maple foam and roasted pumpkin seeds. For dessert, a decadent maple gelato!

Maple Drive Tour

Explore the agricultural diversity of the southern Adirondack region with this self-drive agritourism series. The first tour in the series is all about MAPLE! Celebrate Maple by visiting producers in Washington, Warren, Hamilton, and Essex Counties. There are around 2,000 maple producers in New York State - from large scale operations to backyard businesses. The four businesses included on this route represent the wide variety of maple businesses that you will find across the state and around our region. This series is sponsored by Taste NY at the Adirondacks Welcome Center, operated by the Lake George Regional Chamber of Commerce.
