Silver Bay YMCA

Silver Bay YMCA Military R&R Program: One free stay at Silver Bay YMCA for a minimum of 2 nights and maximum of 6 nights for a time of respite for military personnel and their immediate family. Year-round, depending on availability and blackout dates.

Those who are residents of New York or Vermont and have served in an unaccompanied deployment of more than 30 days in the past 3 years may apply. This program is also open to members of the immediate family of a service member who gave their life in service within the past 3 years.

Ausable Chasm

FREE Admission for active military; includes access to 5 miles of self-guided trails and use of trolley/shuttle, when available. Spouse and immediate family members receive discounts as well. Does not include special tours and activities. Expires 12/31/22. Military ID required.

Fort Ticonderoga

10% off general admission for active military and Veterans with proof of status. Valid for Campaign Season (Tues-Sun May-October 30, 2022. Proof of military status upon arrival at the Admissions Booth. Military discounts can only be applied in person (not online).

We are always open to help our community veterans. We also have staff who have served in the U.S. Military and are here to support anyone who needs it.

Warren County Return the Favor Veterans Program

To obtain the program discount card from Warren County:
Veterans must be residents or property owners in Warren County;
Must be honorably discharged;
Must present their Military Discharge DD 214 or equivalent Certificate of Honorable Discharge or have the discharge recorded in the County Clerk’s Office for verification;
Must complete a program application form.
