National Ice Cream Month Lake George Region

July marks National Ice Cream month, and it's no secret we take our frozen desserts seriously in the Lake George region!

Whether you're a fan of soft serve, hard ice cream, gelato or frozen yogurt, we've got your craving covered...in sprinkles or whatever topping you like!

Part of our role at the Chamber is managing the Taste NY Vending Market at the Adirondacks Welcome Center, located on I-87 Northbound between Exits 17 and 18.

On National Ice Cream Day, which is Sunday, July 17, 2022, the public is invited to come and enjoy FREE samples of locally-made ice cream from 1 to 2 p. m.! This ice cream is also available for purchase at the Taste NY Vending Market any time.

Sampling will feature the following:

Cremewiches by Martha's Dandee Creme — Queensbury, NY
(Flavors include Chocolate Banana Twist, Cotton Candy, Orange Cream Twist, Vanilla, Mint Chocolate Twist, Pistachio, Chocolate, and Black Raspberry)
Ice Cream Pints by Adirondack Creamery — Lake George, NY.
(Flavors include High Peaks Perk, Vanilla, and Whiteface Mint Chip)
