Networking at the Adirondack Salt Cave

Thank you to the Adirondack Salt Cave for hosting our first mixer of the year, demonstrating how their wellness center can double as a unique — and soothing — event space.

On January 12, 2023, we gathered in downtown Glens Falls at the Cave for a relaxing evening of networking and a delicious spread by neighboring restaurant Flight.

The Adirondack Salt Cave includes a man-made Himalayan Salt Environment, which aims to reproduce the unique microclimate and healing properties of deep salt caves within the Himalayan Mountains. Its unique design blends the industrial heritage of a more than 100-year-rold garment factory in which its located, as well as the natural elements of more than 7,000 pounds of Himalayan Salt!

During a typical session with the Salt Cave, clients relax in lounge chairs while soothing music plays, and aerosolized dry salt is dispersed into the room. Regular and consistent Halotherapy, in combination with your fitness routine, may improve oxygen circulation and increase the overall sense of well-being.

The Adirondack Salt Cave offers isn’t limited to halotherapy sessions. It’s a compete healing arts center offering Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Reiki, Esthetician Services, Therapeutic Reflexology, other Massage Therapy Services and more.

They also offer events including painting classes, sound bath experiences, a couple’s massage class (Date night idea!), yoga and Astrological Chart Anatomy 101.

They even offer private bookings! You can reserve a “Night Out at the Cave” with up to 8 people for a 3-hour package including an hour of Halotherapy and the use of a projector to stream movies or shows of your choice.

Groups are welcome to bring snacks and drinks!
