LAKE GEORGE EXPEDITION PARK MARKS TWO MONTHS SINCE GRAND OPENING; THE ALL-NEW MAGIC FOREST DIVE SHOW IS NOW PERFORMING DAILY, FEATURING FIVE DIVERS FROM AROUND THE WORLD WHO DEFY GRAVITY!
For immediate release: July 17, 2019
LAKE GEORGE, NY — The fun and excitement is in full swing at Lake George Expedition Park! Officially open for two months, the all new Dino Roar Valley is transporting explorers to a prehistoric time when dinosaurs once roamed. Each day, visitors are being amazed by the 20 giant, life-like beasts along the half-mile paved walking trail. Children and adults of all ages are taking part in the expedition!
NEW MAGIC FOREST DIVE SHOW The exciting news doesn’t stop at Dino Roar Valley! Next door, Magic Forest continues to delight visitors with its unique and whimsical collection of rides and attractions. And now--a brand new extravagant and thrilling dive show, featuring five divers from around the world who defy gravity with every stunt! The divers, who have traveled to Lake George from Canada, Colombia, Mexico, and other parts of the United States, jump from an 85-foot platform into 9 feet of water. The divers, who are skilled athletes, perform daring feats in themed costumes intertwined with bits of comedy. The show runs daily at 11:00am, 2:00pm and 3:30pm. At 3:30, the show takes a twist and features a death-defying Fire Dive—a must-see while you’re at the park! The show action is included with a general admission ticket.
MAGIC FOREST HIGH RIDER NOW OPEN In addition to the dive show, Magic Forest has added an all-new ride to its collection! The High Rider is the park’s 24th ride, combining the traditional movement of a drop tower with a clockwise and counter- clockwise spin! The new ride seats two adults and four children or six children total and is themed around Route 66 with the Statue of Liberty on top. Whether you’re seeking an experience from Lake George’s nostalgic past or simply looking to put a smile on your child’s face, Magic Forest is sure to entertain and delight!
