We operate three information centers that help connect thousands of people every year with what they need for a great stay in our region.

Main Office

Lake George, NY 12845

•     Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Some staff are working remotely. For staff member email addresses, click here.
•     Saturday and Sunday: closed

Lake George Village Visitors Center
1 Beach Road (on the corner of Beach Road and Canada Street in Lake George)

Open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

• Weekends in May through June 13, 2021

• 7 days/week starting June 18, 2021 through Columbus Day. 

Adirondacks Welcome Center
Located in the Rest/ Text Stop between exits 17 and 18 on the Northway

• Open 24/7; Staffed 9 to 5 p.m. 7 days a week.
