North Country Arts mission is to provide opportunities, encouragement and promotion of artists in the north country. To accomplish this, NCA holds changing exhibitions at the NCA Gallery, #114, Shirt Factory, at 2nd Fl. Gallery, GF City Hall and two exhibitions (July and Dec.) at Crandall Public Library.
