Cocktail Hour (5-6P): Kick off the night with live music by Chris Sanders, a gourmet charcuterie spread featuring local artisan producers, winery tours & a cash bar! Mingle with fellow wine lovers and explore the winery’s offerings as you prepare for an unforgettable night.

Seven-Course Wine Infused Dinner (6-9:30P): Indulge in a seven-course menu by Chef Colin Miner, known for his farm-to-table cuisine and bold flavors. Each dish is crafted with Adirondack Winery wines or Extreme Heights Ciders and paired with selections from Winemaker Courtney Rankin, who will present each course alongside Chef Miner, sharing insights into the inspiration and pairings.

Every bite and sip will showcase the careful artistry of our culinary and winemaking teams. From savory to sweet, watch Chef Miner plate each dish as flavors elevate and complement the wines.
