Our Summer Walking Tours are back for 2025!

Summer is the perfect time to explore the rich history and vibrant stories of Glens Falls!

Join us for our exciting Summer Walking Tour series, where each tour offers a unique glimpse into the events, locations, and figures that have shaped the city. 

This summer we're offering five different tours, each beginning at 11 a.m. and running for 1-1.5 hours.

Downtown Glens Falls Tour- June 6, July 18, & August 29

This tour explores the major historical events and figures that shaped Glens Falls, from the signing of the original land patent to becoming one of the most prosperous cities in New York. Participants can park at the Chapman Museum in the lot behind the Museum off Bacon Street.

Tours are $15/person or $10 for Chapman members.

Payment is required at the time of registration.

A minimum of four participants are required for tours to run, and no more than 15 participants per tour.
