Led by Kate Smith, Primal flow is the re-awakening of our primal nature through release of blocked energy and uniting the Sacred Masculine and Divine Feminine in all of us. Primal flow blends traditional Vinyasa with Buti Yoga techniques to link creativity and structural integrity. Cost - $35 for a 60-minute session including Halotherapy.
