Great Escape Resort  is hiring for the 2026 season! The resort will host a two-day job fair May 13 and 14 from 3 to 7 p.m. at its Human Resources Building, located at 33 Round Pond Road in Queensbury. Seasonal positions are available across all areas of the resort including ride operations, lifeguards, and food and beverage at Great Escape.

“Our team members play an essential role in creating memorable experiences for our guests,” said Andrew Burggraf, park president, Great Escape Resort. “The job fair is a great opportunity for applicants to meet the team, learn about available roles and to find a position that fits their interests and schedule.”

The 2026 season marks Great Escape Resort’s first season owned and operated by Enchanted Parks, the third largest privately held regional park operator in the United States. Great Escape opens for the season on Friday, May 22 and the job fair is the next step as the resort prepares to continue its more than 70 years long tradition of providing fun for families visiting the Lake George region.

Positions start at $16 an hour, and Great Escape offers flexible schedules, a positive work environment and the opportunity to learn valuable customer service skills. No experience is required for many positions, and paid training is provided.

Team member benefits include free park admission, in-park discounts, and exclusive team member events. The job fair will include special giveaways and food for all attendees.

Applicants should be at least 16+ years old and must bring two forms of identification to prove identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
