Join us at Adirondack Winery on Friday, August 21st from 3 - 6 pm* for a mouthwatering seafood tasting experience presented by Pop-Up Oyster Bar Co.! This special pop-up brings together fresh seafood, Adirondack Winery wines, live music, and laid-back summer vibes for an elevated Friday evening on the patio.

 

A Taste of the Sea

Pop-Up Oyster Bar Co. will be serving up an incredible menu of seafood favorites, including:

?? Fresh Oysters on the Half Shell - served with our signature mignonette, lemon and lime. $18 half dozen, $36 dozen
?? Sage Brown Butter Lobster Rolls - Maine lobster in a sage brown butter, served on brioche with basil oil and chives. $15 mini, $30 full
?? Shrimp Cocktail - Colossal-sized shrimp served with our signature cocktail sauce $3 per piece
? Caviar Bumps - Kaluga hybrid caviar, add it to an oyster, to any of our other offerings, or straight up! $5 per scoop
?? Plus a Rotating Daily Special: Roe Boat - Smoked Spanish Steelhead roe, add it to an oyster, to any of our other offerings, or straight up! $3 per scoop

 

Originally founded in Seattle in 2016, Pop-Up Oyster Bar Co. has grown into a traveling raw bar experience serving the Pacific Northwest, Northeast and beyond. Their mission puts quality and sustainability first, working closely with shellfish growers and sourcing exceptional products while sharing their passion for oysters, aquaculture, and the people behind the food.

Their expert shuckers believe great oysters deserve to be served with care, finesse, and a little fun — making this much more than your average seafood stop.

The seafood is only half the experience! Our Queensbury Restobar offers the perfect backdrop for a relaxed summer evening, with indoor seating and an outdoor patio overlooking our estate vines.

We'll be creating a wine-pairing suggestions menu just for the occasion, matching select Adirondack Winery wines with Pop-Up Oyster Bar Co.'s seafood offerings. Discover how crisp whites, refreshing rosés, sparkling wines and other favorites complement everything from briny oysters to a buttery lobster roll. Try our wine-to-pair in a glass, or try four different wines-to-pair in a custom flight! Ask your server for details.?

Not a wine drinker? Our Restobar also serves Extreme Heights hard cider, local craft beer and spirits, signature cocktails, mocktails, and non-alcoholic options.
