Pig Roast & BBQ Fest at Fort William Henry

Celebrate the end of summer with an evening of barbecue, live entertainment, lawn games, drinks, and s’mores at Fort William Henry Hotel’s Pig Roast & BBQ Fest.

Held on the Lakeside Lawn and Deck, the event will feature a generous barbecue buffet centered around a whole roasted pig carving station. Guests can enjoy dinner outdoors, play lawn games, listen to live entertainment, and gather for s’mores by the lake as the evening winds down.

From the Pit:

Whole Roasted Pig Carving Station
Smoked Beef Brisket
BBQ Chicken Quarters
Cheddar Jalapeño Bratwurst

Meats will be served with Carolina BBQ, smoky BBQ, and white BBQ sauces.

Drinks

A complimentary non-alcoholic beverage station will be available throughout the evening and will include lemonade, sweet tea, water, and coffee.

A cash bar will also offer beer, wine, soda, and signature cocktails, including an Apple Cider Bourbon Smash and Strawberry Basil Vodka Lemonade.

Live Entertainment and Lawn Games

Live entertainment will continue throughout the evening. Guests can also enjoy cornhole, KanJam, and other lawn games before gathering for music and s’mores beginning at 8:30 PM.

Evening Schedule

6:00 PM – Doors open, dinner service begins, and live entertainment starts
6:00–8:30 PM – Pig roast and barbecue buffet
8:30–9:30 PM – S’mores and live music
9:30 PM – Event concludes

Admission: $64.99 for adults; $24.99 for children; free for children ages 4 and under

Admission includes the barbecue buffet, non-alcoholic beverages, live entertainment, lawn games, and evening s’mores.

The event is limited to 150 guests. In the event of rain, the celebration will move indoors to the Carriage House.
