Jon Baselice and John Blackman of Vanteo will discuss proposed H-2B reforms, the status of cap relief and policy developments in Washington, and the new challenges employers have faced in the program this past year. They will also share practical steps businesses can take now to prepare for 2027 and reduce the risk of unexpected operational disruptions during peak season.

Jon is Vanteo's Executive Vice President and Head of Government Relations, as well as an Immigration Law and Policy Fellow at Cornell Law School. John is Vice President of AGC, a Vanteo company, where he leads the organization's H-2B workforce solutions business. The program concludes with a Q&A.
