Schedule of Events
- 11:00 AM – Registration
- 11:30 AM - 12:45 PM – Lunch Buffet on the Club Grill Patio
- 1:00 PM – Shotgun Start
- 5:30 - 7:00 PM – Cocktail Reception and Awards Presentation
- 6:15 PM – Sponsor and Participant Recognition
All participants will enjoy a buffet lunch, beverages on the course, and a post-tournament reception with light fare, networking opportunities, and prizes.
Contests & On-Course Games
Players will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of contests throughout the day, including:
- Longest Drive (Men’s & Women’s)
- Closest to the Pin (Men’s & Women’s)
- Putting Contest – Qualify during the round for the final competition at the cocktail reception
- Hole-in-One Challenge – A chance to win a new car, courtesy of our automotive sponsors
- Poker Card Challenge – Purchase a card at designated tee boxes, build your best hand, and win a prize
- Cornhole Challenge – Win special advantages on the course

- Individual Golfer: $125
- Foursome: $450
Your registration includes greens fees, cart, lunch, beverages, and the cocktail reception.

Volunteer Opportunities
We are seeking volunteers to help make the 2026 LGRCC Golf Tournament a success. This is a great opportunity to support the Chamber while engaging with the local business community.
Volunteer roles may include:
- Registration and check-in support
- Assisting with on-course contests and games
- Raffle and prize coordination
- Sponsor support
- Event setup and breakdown
Volunteers may sign up for morning, afternoon, or full-day shifts.
A brief Zoom orientation will be held prior to the event to review assignments and event logistics.
